No place is all good or all bad. That being said, you can put good people in a bad organization and it will still not be great. That is the case with OCMH. Good people. Decent organization to your face, but it's chaos. In all honesty, I've had several appointments in 2025 alone where my therapist has said "they've put somebody else in my schedule, so I have to end early today." I called the online number and was able to get all the information I needed for their open hours and helpful tips on how the process will work. When I showed up the process was just as described by the lovely woman I had spoken with when I called. I left the appointment with a follow up and a great experience for my first ever interaction with this facility. The staff was friendly and helpful
Not sure how the reviews are so low. This place has been great everyone I worked with is amazing and they have nice little toys for the kids
I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you absolutely had no other choice. They will mess up your appointments and then try to pin it on you. I had a run in with a receptionist named Amy that worked here. She was supposed to have emailed me a link for my webex meeting with my psychiatrist but she never did. I then called and informed her of this and she told me I missed it. I then checked my email and informed her that I have never received and email from her, she then told me I was lying.
