Not sure how the reviews are so low. This place has been great everyone I worked with is amazing and they have nice little toys for the kids
I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you absolutely had no other choice. They will mess up your appointments and then try to pin it on you. I had a run in with a receptionist named Amy that worked here. She was supposed to have emailed me a link for my webex meeting with my psychiatrist but she never did. I then called and informed her of this and she told me I missed it. I then checked my email and informed her that I have never received and email from her, she then told me I was lying. Could’ve at least put on the website open access hours are currently suspended so I didn’t waste my time
I hate that I cant choose zero stars. I have been a mental health patient for 25 years. My son is also a mental health patient and I recently had to pull him from OCMH. We struggled for 8 months for paperwork that was needed to implement services like housing, adult daily living skills, medication management and employment assistance. These are potentially life changing documents! I gave the clinic the benefit of the doubt because of COVID.
