Used this rental company years ago(2016ish) and always came away with beautiful memories and an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately those days seem to have passed. Perhaps new management or apathy for customers but our experience this past summer was horrible. First charged an additional 500.00 for the rental above advertised price due to renovations and ungrades. Ok fine. No problem. You have to pay for quality right? We had a lovely week at Grande Vista. The cottage was nice . It had a nice sandy beach and lots of water toys to use! OCR is a great company that we have used for many years for our cottage rentals. Definitely recommend them .
We stayed at a OCR cottage near Baysville ON the second week of August this year. It was our fourth time so we obviously love it. Our rental was a dog -friendly cottage (very important) on a fantastic, serene, beautiful lake. OCR staff always check-in to see that all is well at the start of trip and are quick to follow-up if there are any issues. Highly recommend Ontario Cottage Rentals!
We reached out to OCR a couple of times and received an immediate response to our concerns. This was our first cottage rental and the experience Ontario Cottage Rentals sure did set the bar high for future cottage experiences for our family.
