Erik was extremely helpful. We had so many hiccups with CPKC not updating the system CBSA and our forwarder on a time sensitive shipment and OCT was the only company in the supply chain that did not check out and not answer emails just because it was a weekend. I do it for my clients but it is rare to find anyone else that does these days. These guys are a lifesaver! Not only did they help transport my container in a timely manner... they went above and beyond to assist me in ensuring I got all the steps done. I've actually never had such a great customer experience as I did with Ontario Container Transport. A big shout out to Mike who exceeded my expectations and made this a seamless and enjoyable transaction. The driver was also very patient and helpful. I've never been so happy to pay a bill 💸
