We had Robert and John out to do our duct and HRV system cleaning. They were friendly, professional and explained everything along the way. They happily advised and worked with us regarding our pets as well which was a huge help. Pricing, service and knowledge were notably better than when I called the larger franchise duct cleaning companies. Robert and John are the only guys you should be contacting to clean your ducts!
Robert and his son John came in today and they were here for several hours to complete a duck cleaning for my home. They did a great job and I was especially glad that I had them look at my dryer vents, as one of them had become disconnected and it was exhausting the lint into the wall cavity. This of course can pose a fire risk, so I'm having my HVAC guy reconnect it this week. It unfortunately disconnected behind the wall, so John was unable to connect it, but he did try. Thanks guys!
