I left a message last night about a car for them to contract. Me and Sam called me at 8:34 AM Friday morning. I applaud his tenacity, but my kid wasn’t even at school yet like who calls before 9 AM anyways. Then he was aggressive, rude , over talking me, lowball me by $4000 on a trade- in with price . Just made our first purchase and couldn't be happier. Felt that the dealership was upfront and honest (which is greatly appreciated when buying a used vehicle), easy purchasing process. The salesman was great to deal with! Very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. Never felt pressured, great experience all around. Love our new (to us!) SUV, couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks again!
