Absolutely frustrating experience trying to get anything done over the phone lately. The new guys answering the calls have no clue what they’re talking about — they’ll quote you wrong products, wrong prices, and waste half your day with incorrect information. I actually had one of them argue with me about paint code compatibility on a 2023 Toyota like he knew better than someone who’s been spraying cars for 15 years. Total amateurs. Great customer service with rapid delivery of the product. Zach/Zack was phenomenal at customer service for this group and was very helpful in arranging the delivery. Even though I know they’re just a distributor and not the mfg you should definitely use OABS if you’re buying spraymaxx 2k as their prices and service can’t be beat
