ONT Restoration is very good and efficient. I called Soni on Friday afternoon and he sent his team went on-site the same day evening. The team began to setup the machines as soon as people moved out of the unit. They came many times to check the humidity. The other items in the unit were protected while the work in process. It was move-in condition after work was done. All cleaned up! The team is very friendly, considerable, and professional. definitely recommend them!
I contacted Soni on August 2 and requested if he could help inspect my property and advise on next steps. To Soni’s credit he came to my property at 8:30pm despite his busy schedule and inspected my basement thoroughly. He throughly explained the insurance process and how that would work and also took moisture readings. He said that due to the mitigation actions I had taken, there was no sign of visible mold or damage, and suggested the appropriate course of action. Soni was very responsive and professional. I learned of a leak in my house and within 40 minutes of calling on a Saturday morning, Soni came over for a free assessment of the water damage. He let us rent a wall cavity dryer to handle the damage. I had a great experience with ONT Restoration and highly recommend their service!
