Unprofessional and do not recommend
I contacted Onstot Insurance for house & vehicle insurance quotes. It took a week for them to respond to my email request. I then provided a two-week notice of the deadline of my vehicle insurance. Unfortunately, they did not provide the requested information in a timely manner, reaching out only the day after my stated deadline. While I understand schedules can be busy, timely communication is important, especially when deadlines are clearly stated in advance.
