Unethical practices. I worked there for 4 years internally and it's why I left. They will complete your E-Verify before giving you an assignment (that's not allowed but Onstaff does it) but the big no-no is when they basically black-ball you out of a job if your E-Verify becomes a TNC. Rather than just follow the rules, they cut corners to expedite the process and it only makes it harder for the applicant. Went into this location during a transitional period in my life. Wasn't sure what to expect, as I had never used a temp agency before, but after discussing options I was able to leave with a new job within probably 30 minutes. If you need something to get you by in a difficult time, or even if you are looking for a new career, I highly recommend this OnStaff location.
Ladies that work there are super friendly and super understanding that i have had to bring my son with me each time that i come there. They love seeing him. They found a job for me the same day that i went there and a month later only working weekends i was hired in
OnStaff recently held a job fair at our company with phenomenal results. We all know how difficult it has been to fill openings and I couldn't believe that in an afternoon my staffing is back on track. I am so grateful.
