It's 430pm, my appt was for 330. I arrived 5 - 10 minutes early, checked in and took a seat. I've been sitting here now for more than an hour. Reception can see me, they know my appt was for an hour ago and yet.....nothing. Why do we accept this? I don't expect the Dr to always be on time but how about just showing a little compassion. How hard is it to just reach out and say something. Check in, let me know it won't be long...something. only one word can describe this experience...Terrible. Just terrible.
Can't fault them. Not a problem ever. In 5 years.
