Zero mention of cost during the online booking process. They called to say I needed to be there 15mins prior to the appt as a new patient, told them I wouldn't make it in time. When I cancelled, they threatened to charge me for the appointment. Rude and aggressive. Price of consult charged is $90. Do not recommend. Jupiter CBD is currently bulk billing and a lovely practise.. go there instead

On more than one occasion, I have not been made aware of the price of the appointment until afterwards. Being charged a lot of money for a 'long appointment' when I am talking to a doctor on the phone who is asking minimal questions for less than 5 mins was not a great experience. And then the receptionist failing to mention the surcharge for credit cards on top of that too. Unprofessional and money-grabbing. I won't be going back.
Dr. George Crisp is super professional and helpful, he’s a great doctor!!
