Went in for pain in the my tailbone area and Doctor said there was nothing to worry about or anything that might be of concern in my back, the day after I went to Naval hospital ER because the pain increased and they did a ultrasound and found out that I had a massive cyst which needed surgery to be removed, the nurses were kind and attentive, they also did not registered my insurance and still billed me.
My mom was admitted for a CVA 11/2/2023, the staff in the neuro ICU was wonderful! Thank you Mai Mai, Carla and also the gentleman in maroon scrubs (young guy/fit/super up-beat). Also thank you to the 9th flood staff including Dakota, Pamella, J’Nai and the team members on the meal team. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!
I took my baby with a fever to this emergency room, and the care we received was complete negligence. They didn’t perform the basic tests that any baby with persistent fever needs. Even worse, they prescribed a completely unnecessary antibiotic, putting my child’s health at risk. I felt ignored and helpless in a place where I expected help and care. I went to Onslow Memorial Hospital with chest pain and trouble breathing, and they told me it was just a pulled muscle. They barely examined me and sent me home with no real treatment. Six days later, I was still in pain, wheezing, and coughing so hard I was getting headaches. I was struggling to breathe so badly I could hardly eat due to lack of breathing. Sat in a room for 5 and 1/2 hours in pain mostly unattended. Staff came into the room a total of 4 times. Had to unhook and re-hook myself to the monitoring equipment after requesting to use the bathroom and no nurse showing up to help. They ran two diagnostics and the doctor proceeded to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with me. Prescribed one medication and basically said good luck, come back if it gets worse. Ridiculous excuse for an ER. Do not go here if you value your own medical care, health and safety.
