Not sure why ER has a low rating. Service and support we recieved was excellent! Staff friendly and professional, clean, and comfortable. From the moment we entered, staff addressed us, directed or emergent need, then escorted to a screening room for further evaluation. A++ fortunately nothing too serious. Only constructive feedback, entrance needs better lightening, we came at 6am when it was darker.
Should be shut completely down. What an absolute joke.how are they still open?!
We arrived at 4:25pm on a Friday. With our experience and probably because it was surprisingly empty waiting room; we were seen promptly. Everyone we have encountered had been professional, polite and very understanding. X-rays were done within minutes and the doctor talked with us before and after. Actually very impressed. With all the other reviews, I bet the experience wouldn't be good due to HOURS but we really really got lucky. I would say the workers are great though.
Took my nephew here. They diagnosed him with COVID and sent him home with Zofran after waiting 2 hours. They didn't perform any other tests on him or anything. Twelve hours later he was anemic. He went to New Bern and they took him in right away and diagnosed him. He was then airlifted to a pediatric clinic. If you value your family, do not go here. I feel so guilty for taking him here. This place is trash.
