These folks are awesome...if you haven't been around for a while they'll touch bases with you just to see how your doing... nice touch!
Nice place to workout. Great staff and enough equipment for all. Childcare has good times available. Some of the music played is not appropriate to listen to, and is offensive. Get rid of the violent and vulgar language with bad chosen songs. Also, remind people that you can not claim a machine as yours for 3 to 4 sets as you listen and play on a cell phone. I don't remember ****** doing this! It is OK to let someone work thru or with you. Overall, a good fitness center that is open 24 hours...cool.

This is a battle we are fighting and will work harder to try to stop and delete these songs as they come on. Onslow Fitness is an amazing business and has been such a huge part of my transition from full time Marine to full time mom. The day care is wonderful and I love the small group training and group training. I feel like part of a family every time I go to work out, and the trainers and front desk remember you by name. I wish I had found this gym earlier!!
Great place! Staff always helpful to answer questions & the facility is great! Always running specials and new motivational programs. Glad we are members!
