Love this place so much. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is light and non intimidating. Lots of equipment including squat racks, and lifting platform. Tons of classes which come free with membership. The sauna and steam room are my favorite rewards after a good workout. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to really focus on their health and fitness without all the typical gym drama.
It’s just a perfect neighborhood gym! Always inviting, open when I need it, never ridiculously crowded, offers the best classes I’ve taken EVER and their childcare is perfect for my baby girl. She has never cried, not once, when I drop her off and she’s only one.
Best variety of group fitness classes. Cannot beat LESMILLS and they have them all!
