RecommendedNow that I have moved away from NC and am no longer a member here, I’d like to give my honest review. This gym is by far one of the cleanest, best staffed gyms in the area. There are periods when it is busy but because of its size it’s not like it’s competing gyms where you’ll be standing in line waiting for equipment. Such a great place to have a fit family. Marta is always amazing and the kids club is very clean. The staff remember you and help motivate you whatever it is you’re there for!

Love this gym! I let them know I’m bipolar and that if I ever seem off, to call my mom in an emergency because I can go into psychosis with delusions and hallucinations.. One of the workers there even called to check on me when she noticed I wasn’t there for a few days! I’ve only been a member for a short while, but I imagine everyone there will soon be like family!
I dont think I would be where I am now in my weight loss, without having joined Onslow Fitness. The instructors of the classes are happy to see you in that room killing it and make you feel included. They want you to succeed. The staff is always willing to stop what they are doing and help if you have a question about a certain machine, your form, or a technique you're trying to learn. My kids walk into that childcare room happy and that's probably the most important factor to having made the progress I have!!!
