Think you are BUNCH OF LOSERS who have took advantage of A LOT of people and TRIPLED their light bill for this past month blaming it on the winter storm! That is bull crap! TAX REFUNDS ARE IN and you KNOW IT! HOW DARE YOU HIKE MY BILL FROM ON AVERAGE $147.00 (rarely >$170.00 the highest) TO $310.00??? It's very unfortunate for a person who is on a fixed income that was not expecting such a hike. It saddens me that one doesn't have a choice in the matter because EVERYONE has been affected, "PAY OR GET CUT OFF".
