Dr. Yencha is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything with patience and kindness. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the staff here as well. Every member I've come into contact with has been incredibly polite, professional, and warm. I definitely recommend this office.
I was referred to Dr. Yencha by the VA for a deviated septum that has been causing me problems for more than 20 years now. As a fellow Navy veteran, I prefer to be seen by doctors who have severed because I know they understand me. I tried to call to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency and they DO NOT answer their phones nor let you leave a voicemail. Incredibly disappointing and I waited 3 months for this appointment.
The front desk is beyond incompetent I got told multiple times we had to be there by 10:30 on my part I did mix up his appointment time I got there at 10:25 and still proceeded to get told I could not be seen well my five-year-old could not be seen when told something multiple times by the person at the desk which that is literally her job that is unacceptable
