I had my worst experience. Had my washing machine under warranty. The company was not able to find the part for repair. They paid me approx 1/3 price of my washing machine as settlement. I had to buy new washing machine urgently. Extremely disappointed by service. Not recommended to buy onsite warranty. But brand warranty instead. Can see all previous reviewers also provided 1 star rating. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLAN! I paid ₹5,399 for a 3-year Total Care Damage Protection Plan for my ASUS laptop. After 2 years, when I had a keyboard issue, I was told to pay another ₹999 just to have the laptop picked up! ₹5,399 for “protection” and then another ₹999 when you actually need service? What a joke! In my experience, this is simply a money-making trap pushed by the Vijay Sales sales team. Read the fine print carefully and DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLAN!
I purchased my product from Amazon and also took an extended warranty from Onsitego, thinking it would protect me if something went wrong. But when I actually tried to claim the warranty, the experience became extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am honestly feeling cheated after paying extra money for this warranty.
