Contacted Brian in an attempt to have repairs done to our home. It was pretty straightforward and through insurance. Throughout the process, his behavior became increasingly unprofessional up to canceling appointments and outright lying. He showed up to the house without notice on more than one occasion, and we had to send him information on the work to be performed several times as he couldn't seem to remember.
