How can you rate when it’s only five stars avail and they deserve ten? Called the guy middle of the night diagnosed the problem over the phone and I’ve got power. Who does that accept a guy committed to his customers.
Unexpected problems with our camper...Stephen responded promptly and handled our issues at a very reasonable cost! Very knowledgeable and courteous! On the road again! We would recommend him to anyone with an RV problem!
We were very worried when the brakes on our camper went out. Luckily we gave Stephen a call at Onsite RV & he was able to get that taken care of very quickly! He is incredibly knowledgeable about both campers and vehicles, inspecting both to make sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly. Steve was great. Arrived when he said he would. Answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. Very reasonable, professional service. Can’t go wrong with this one.
Stephan responded via text messages in a timely fashion and drove from Ft Myers to almost Marco Island to do less than 1 hour of work. The service fee of $175 was very fair given over an hour of drive time each way and he charged less than an hour of labor for the task. Stephan did a professional job quickly recharging our dash air system in a Class A Coach. His fee was very fair and was less than his estimate regarding Freon used. Highly recommend On Site RV Repair and Stephan for any RV repair in SW Florida.
