Awesome. Patient and extremely caring and trustworthy. Issue with my Norcold RV refrigerator. Worked with me daily to figure out a solution. Can’t praise the service enough. TEN STARS if I could. The best of the best.
We had a great experience. Same day service call. Stephen is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He shared his location when he was in the way so I knew when he would arrive and within a short time after arriving he was able to triage the problem, fix the issue and get us back on the road!
Great experience all around. This guy knows his stuff and since I’m new to RV life, I am thrilled to have found such a dedicated, professional, easy-going expert in the field. He is VERY honest and works hard. I will never call anyone else.
Where do we start… we have been using onsite RV repairs for over 6 years now and can always count on Stephen to assist us with any problems. The level of experience is amazing. We recently bought a newer rv from camping world ( buyer beware) and had Stephen correct all the issues that camping world said they would do but never heard back from them after we left the lot.
