David did an excellent job and kept me informed during the process. He was really a professional, working from the time he arrived until he was finished. He gave me important information about how to care for the system (how often to service the system, code requirements, etc.) I couldn't have asked for a more qualified serviceman to do a difficult job.
Had septic inspection prior to putting house on the market. Robert was very knowledgeable about the system and was very respectful and courteous.
David W. was excellent and provided plenty of feedback and suggestions. It was cold weather but David handled the job with confidence and skill. He was awesome!
Not happy with the service performed. Strongly recomend getting a second estimate other than onsite. My second estimate came in $4,000 less than their quote. When they said they would match it we let them do the job. Now I have sink holes from the repairs and pipes sticking up in the yard that they are unwilling to correct, saying its my responsibility.
