Called about doing my ml350 upgrade radio had it done somewhere else then texted about installing an amp he text back saying Friday or Saturday I chose Friday they never came never texted to say they weren’t coming. Unprofessional in my situation I’m not reaching out ever again!!!
I would not recommend to anyone. They installed a device but, after few days it stopped working. I called to have him come to fix but instead of being professional about it I was giving fake appointments and never came out to fix it. STAY AWAY!
Ricky installed apple carplay into my 2003 BMW and did an amazing job. It looks like it has always been there and even when there were some complications he did everything he could to resolve them. Cannot recommend enough.
