I had an issue with my fuel system late on a Sunday evening, and Ricky from OnSite Fleet Services went above and beyond to help me out. He was extremely helpful, patient, and willing to assist. The best service I've ever received. I called with an emergency request 15 minutes to closing time. OnSite Fleet Services of Texas didn't turn me away during a desperate time of need. Called OnSite Fleet to service one of our trucks and diagnose a few other trucks, and I thoroughly walked through how the pricing was set up, which was call out fee + hourly rate. There was no mention of a computer diagnostic fee for the other trucks where I only wanted diagnostics because it sounded like this was included under the hourly rate. Then I got billed for each truck a computer diagnostic & labor fee. Really feel like I was straight up lied to about this. Would not recommend.

These guys are great. We needed a radiator repair on one of our trucks. At first we went to the dealership and our driver sat for 5 days without the truck ever being looked up. Kevin Nelson @ Onsite Fleet got us out of a bind. We towed our truck to their shop and the repair was done overnight. We were very satisfied of their service. They even went out their way to shuttle our driver back and forth from the hotel. We've decided to only use this company if our trucks break down in the arlington area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
