I had read all the negative reviews and I was honestly so stressed about having to go do my pre employment drug screening. I was treated very well. Bonnie was fast and efficient as well as friendly and professional. I didn't notice the music at all so it must not have been loud or offensive in any way. The office is nicely decorated and comfortable. I was very happy with my experience at On Site DA Testing.
