Was treated with respect and was in and out right away
I cannot believe the absolute disrespectful, rude and condescending behavior of the front desk lady. I can’t imagine having somebody like that be the front face of my business, with screaming worship music but no such Christ like behavior. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years and couldn’t imagine behaving the way she does. I hope management takes note of these reviews.
O and just because I forgot to mention I'm first review. If the front desk lady doesn't like you. She will lie and cost you your job. Honestly shouldn't be licensed
Talk about worst experience of all time. Never failed a drug test until apparently today. I go in to this place am greeted by terry whos nice and seems proffesional enough.i wait for the collector at front desk. She comes out and cranks up her gospel music. I try to engage in light small talk to no avail. I go into bathroom set my cup on back of toilet and am immediately called out. Not sure why. Says i have to wait an undisclosed amount of time.
