On time, EXTREMELY detail oriented and focused on producing a great result. Stuck with it at the price they proposed until THEY were satisfied and we were amazed. This is a totally different experience from the franchise carpet/drapes cleaning companies that arrive and up sell until the estimate is doubled. Thank you Harriet and crew. Really impressive work and result.
Harriett was wonderful to work with!! Her team did an excellent job with my drapes and cleaning the sun shade. They were super professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use her company again when I need them cleaned in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I used Onsite Drapery Cleaning for a large job - a dining/event room for a private club. There were swags, jabots and valances which had to be cleaned on numerous windows. I was very happy with Harriet's work - she and her associate cleaned everything on one day and the window treatments looked so much better once they had finished. I would not hesitate to recommend Onsite Drapery Cleaning's service.
Onsite Drapery Cleaning did a very professional job of cleaning our custom drapes and roman blinds. Harriet and her team at Onsite Drapery Cleaning truly do “bring life to your windows.” From start to finish, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Harriet is responsive, organized, and prompt with both appointments and confirmations. She communicates clearly, respects her clients’ homes and schedules, and ensures every detail is handled with care. The Onsite team is professional, efficient, and takes genuine pride in their work. They have the expertise and equipment to clean all types of window treatments, even delica... read more
