Went in to have a crown re-cemented. They did that and that was easy. But they insisted on taking x-rays and then submitted my visit to insurance including a dental exam. Unbeknownst to me, this affected my year end actual exam/cleaning and is now costing me more money. I've had crowns pop out and put back in without x-rays and exams. The crown was in perfect condition... so I expected the same. Just know that that they will do what they can for more insurance money.
Incredibly professional staff, clean facilities, and a straightforward exam process. Dr. Todd is fabulous!
