Hospitality, timely and safe care
This is for billing and scheduling. I've had a terrible experience with the schedulers, they booked me to get a procedure without disclosing the full price of the operation and the crown. Then I get surprised with a 3D scanning x-ray that insurance doesn't cover and my crown is over $1300 which they didn't tell me. On top of that, they said I had to wait over a month and a half to even get the crown installed. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. I won't bother to be coming back. Great friendly people here, always enjoy visiting them and getting my teeth taken care of.
Excellent care with knowledge professionals. The care and compassion from the team makes it all the worthwhile to travel out to visit.
