Onsite Consulting good is as good as it gets when it comes to local computer consulting. I am very impressed with Onsite Consulting. They are nice, smart folks who have helped me both with in-home and with online support and they have greatly lowered my tech anxiety by having their capable team as my go to support.
Onsite has consistently provided excellent experiences for me and my family/friends over the decades. I experienced it again this week. I dropped off an older/sluggish laptop. When I dropped it off James was pleasant, smiling, professional and I understood him. When Nick worked on it, he called me to explain (in plain English) what he found and what he suggested. The experience and the results were fantastic!
I don’t usually take my computer anywhere for work, however Onsite Consulting was highly recommended by a good friend. I had a specific process I wanted to accomplish with my laptop & desktop machines & didn’t have enough knowledge to do it myself. I worked with Paul who performed the service exactly as I wanted. My computers were ready to be picked up in short order. All is working well; I couldn’t be happier with the service. Their office is 66 miles from my home & it’s well worth the trip.
