Needed new printer installed on the network tech couldn't figure it out how to install it on the network and installed to the PC, directly, instead. Can now only print from one computer. My mother called back, spoke with James and used incorrect terminology. James told her it was fine and they wouldn't correct it even though tech knew he wouldn't have needed a cable to install the printer. Outstanding personal experience with a great company. Scott spent over an hour analyzing our computer and then recommended one of their refurbished computers because of the slow, outdated processor and corrupted hard drive on our existing machine. What a difference in performance at half the price of a new computer! Their warranty is the same as new computers which gave us confidence in our purchase.
