He wad very patient answering all our questions and took the time to explain things clearly. Very informative and attentive. John was really good about informing us about a data plate for our manufactured home. He tried working with both me and the seller and unfortunately the seller forgot about the appointment and john was very nice about the situation and got the inspection back to us quick. 10/10 recommend
