John Carter is the best inspector I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend him. Don’t waste your valuable time just call John out. He was punctual extremely thorough and all at a great price. He took the time to go over important issues he spotted with us and gave suggestions who we could call to fix or repair which is great being new to this area. Very informative and attentive. John was really good about informing us about a data plate for our manufactured home. He tried working with both me and the seller and unfortunately the seller forgot about the appointment and john was very nice about the situation and got the inspection back to us quick. 10/10 recommend
