Arranged onsite caravan services to carry out a detailed pre purchase inspection. Gary explained what that consists of but that they start with the damp check and if that fails then he'll contact me to discuss results . I decided not to carry on with the rest of the inspection as the damp was very bad in places. Because a full inspection wasn't needed onsite caravan services then issued me with a refund for the remaining inspection that wasn't done. Fantastic service... nice guy who arrived on time... explained in detail the workings of the breaks, hitch and the whole process of the service. What a surprise it was to discover that he had serviced the van previously with another owner. Thanks again, would highley recommend
Excellent customer service
Fantastic service! Quick to respond Gary came to change a battery box on our caravan, we were supposed to be going away in on Friday, so an emergency fix needed being newbie caravan owners! very informative and neat in his work. I will be booking our van in for a service and be calling on him for any problems on our van that may occur Thanks again Gary!
