Working with onsite building maintenance I was totally impressed with how Jordan was able to listen to the issue and break down different solutions to fix the leaking roof flashing. I Will always call them first.

Jordan saved us over Labor Day weekend. After ripping our floors out in our kitchen and drying the subfloors following a dishwasher ordeal that left everything soaked, we reached out to Jordan on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend to see if he could help us put everything back together. He was at our house in about an hour, checked out the job and agreed to do it, quoting about four hours of labor. He was done in just one hour! The floor looks like it never came up. Jordan was great to work with. He explained quite clearly what needed to be done to correct the water intrusion issue and worked quickly to fix it. He is a very hard worker and I'm hiring him again for a list of projects.
