Do not enter with 53 feet trailer i got stuck here .
We bought a firetable from OnSight through Home Depot last June and it arrived slightly damaged with instructions that didn't match the product. There was also a missing piece. When I contacted the company directly it took a while to fix everything but in the end OnSight really stood behind their product and provided us with outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. 5 star service!
Where do I start? Bought the Hestia gas firepit table over a month ago and that's when the nightmare began. Everything seemed fine until we received our shipment and realized the .tabletop was missing and one corner of the base unit at the top was bent.
