The nurse that checked me in did not want to make conversation. She was not happy with her job. Put me in a room after giving me eye drops, not saying what they were for. Said the doctor will be along shortly. After 35 minutes, I opened the door to see another nurse. They wanted to know what I wanted. I said, I've been waiting here 35 minutes. She said, let me check. I’ve been in here a few times and every time I come Kynta is always so nice to all the guest - I hear her on the phone talking so nice and with respect to other patients too! Keep her she’s a true gem at your front desk!
Dr Desmond, his team and office setting are terrific. Communication, promptness and professionalism are all outstanding. Everything was thoroughly explained to make sure I felt confident with the procedures. I am very happy with my results!
