Grant was incredibly thorough and responsive. He knew what documents were required from me and after I sent them to him he never had to come back and ask for anything else-super thorough. He stayed right on top of things throughout the whole process. In fact it was only eight days from submission to close. That is incredible. He also got us the lowest rate that we were able to find. Grant does go above and beyond for his clients. He is great to work with and you always talk to him directly and he gets everything done very quickly. Grant is very responsive to any questions you may have. I highly recommend him! I did my original loan, my refinance, and now another refinance with him and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

“Grant made the whole process of refinancing our home very simple. He was responsive to email’s/phone calls with questions at any time of the day, which really helped put our minds at ease. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole loan process. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we didn’t have a single surprise.
