I co-signed for my son at onshore while he attended ERAU. I am not a student and did not live there, however I have experienced enough of their tactics to understand their business model. This place is only out to exploit student in every financial way possible. They lose payments, then place late fees on your late fees. Then send to collections, then after the collection company has been paid, over 6 months after moving out, they send the same bill they sent to collections and claim ignorance when questioned. This place is awesome between the amenities, and club house area, all the way through the apartments this is the place to be.
Love this place! it’s so clean and all the workers are super nice
