I lived at Onshore for several years while finishing my degree and had multiple harsh interactions with management. I have been approached in broad daylight by a maintenance manager (dont remember the name) who openly accused me of dumping old tires on the facility because he "noticed I had new tires on my truck." He threatened to pull camera footage and I told him to do so. Never heard of it again. The internet is truly horrible, despite it being high speed it cannot maintain it at all. Packet loss is quite frequent and happens most often when uploading, when using school Wi-Fi I have no problem. Pavlov Media is not a good ISP and to be honest Onshore should find a more reliable ISP.
I moved here for "student housing" from 2023-2024. Rent is overpriced, hidden fees buried in lease, and goodluck getting a security deposit back. Apartments come with cosmetic issues, glass stove top had stains and burn marks, bathroom vent didnt work, and the water pressure is horrific. Half the "furniture" they give you will be broken. I had the get the office chair, bedframe, and matress replaced. The matresses are like ones you would find in military barracks or student dormitories.
