We just moved my son out of his Onshore Daytona apartment. He spend the year there, its about what you would expect from a cheaply constructed dwelling furnished with bargain basement furniture. Trust me when I say nothing here is meant to last. When moving out, the apartment was in good shape, no damage beyone normal wear. The damage assessment just came in - $100 for a new chair (no problem with the chair, except it was one of those mesh chairs from staples thats $80 brand new and doesn't last a year before it looks worn),... read more
I would not recommend living here. Management is disorganized and difficult to deal with, and they will find ways to charge you extra or withhold money after you move out. The apartment was not very clean when we moved in, and the walls are extremely thin—you’ll hear everything if your neighbors are even slightly noisy. Overall, the quality of living did not match what we were paying for.
Horrible experience. Cheap building. Cheap living space. Outrageous charges. Negligent toward noise complaints and disorderly roommates. Horrible place. Horrible staff. Pretty sure they never forwarded my mail, because I am missing two pairs of glasses and other important mail. I had a terrible experience here, but maybe you will have a better one. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I moved in, Brianna, J, and every single staff member at Onshore have shown me nothing but kindness and warmth. They welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home right away. As I get ready to leave this beautiful community, I can’t help but feel emotional — this place has truly felt like family. If I could give this place one star, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went for a tour early this week my tour giver was the rudest they could have been. This apartment also looks cheaply made.
