Powerful, easy to learn, affordable and with very good facility to share a project with, for example, clients without them needing to own their own CAD.

I'm in 3D printing, only use it occasionally. They first changed the End-User Agreement for free users, and that didn't apply to me because I was noncommercial. But now I've noticed they moved the sign-in link to a hard to find page, so it looks like even that is going to go away. Without notice, they are throwing the 3D printing/maker community out of the tool. Guess my only alternative is Autodesk or Freecad. $1500 per year is way too expensive for maybe a model or less a month in my use case.
By far the most intuative CAD software on the market. I learned onshape in about a week. There are a few small issues that need to be worked out still, but it has only been out for 3 years. Also, their amazing support team more than makes up for it.
Switched from Inventor for a trial because what I saw was interesting. Now I'm using it, I don't want to go back to Inventor, ever! If I had to create my own CAD software, I couldn't have done a better job! Easy to learn and use. Works flawlesly. The best support I've ever seen.
