We have had great experiences with Onset. We have used their services 3 times for different equipment needs. Cant say anything but good about my experience. We will definitely use them again when needed without hesitation.

Onset Financial calls us incessantly, and they lie to try to get in contact with someone in the finance department. We have asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list and reported them to the FCC, to no avail.

Onset Financial calls our business at least twice a week asking for our CFO by name, I send him straight to VM because I've already played this game. He comes back letting me know he received VM and asking that I let him (my CFO) know he is on the phone as if my CFO is expecting the call, I refuse and let him know he will have to leave a VM; he always seems shocked. They have been asked to stop calling and just will not, we have no need for their services and never will.

Call incessantly along with their related company Captech financial. Have asked numerous times to be removed from their calling list, but still receive phone calls.

They called trying to speak w/ the owner of our company. Apparently they sell and finance equipment. When I wouldn't put them through to the owner of the company (my job is to screen sales people; which they are); they said "should I just call their cell phone?" Like that is going to scare me into putting their call through. NICE TRY. Thanks!
