Justin continously called our business asking for our CFO. I hung up on him MULTIPLE times and he kept calling back to antagonize and harrass me. What an embarrassment of a company with extremely unprofessional staff. Stop cold calling businesses! You will never get clients that way.
Call and harass my office every week. Super rude and pushy. If you're silly enough to use them despite their horrendous customer service, you may deserve to get scammed.
They do not keep information private and their records of calls is terrible. The outside sales team is terrible to work with.
We have had great experiences with Onset. We have used their services 3 times for different equipment needs. Cant say anything but good about my experience. We will definitely use them again when needed without hesitation.
Onset Financial calls us incessantly, and they lie to try to get in contact with someone in the finance department. We have asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list and reported them to the FCC, to no avail.
