Office staff answering phones are so rude. I called for an appointment today. They told me I was on a waiting list. I asked how long the waiting list is. They were rude and hung up on me. How could people be rude to sick people? Why are you in this business? Very rude especially Kelcy very rude and call me c u n t. Nice
My daughter was seen at 1:45pm and diagnosed with a sinus infection. Here it is 8pm and her meds were still not called into/sent over to the pharmacy. This is twice now that meds have not been called in. If I could give a negative I would.
