Onsen Day Spa is amazing! I found the staff professional and very nice. It's a soothing atmosphere, very clean, simple and relaxing. I will keep using there services and suggesting Onsen to others. Truly the best spa I have been to in the northwest suburbs.
I'll be back soon! I've had facials on a cruise that can't even come close to Onsen! I treated a girlfriend and myself to the $99 special (express facial, massage, manicure and pedicure) but we paid an extra $20 each to upgrade to the European facial. Everything was awesome. What a Treat! I was recently treated to a generous gift certificate for spa services at this particular location. I chose a body wax package and a hot stone massage for my day of pampering. The staff was very professional. The individual rooms were very clean and free of unnecessary clutter.
