I had a great experience. The staff had to make an accommodation for my husband and they had to speak with a few providers to get the correct information. The MRI staff was extremely helpful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Thank you!!

I have never encountered a more unprofessional place in my life. I had an outside script for mri and its like pulling teeth to get an appointment. 3 diff ppl to get through and still over a week without a call back to schedule. I had to get the pre authorization directly from dr because they wouldn’t have called the insurance like they’re supposed to. I asked them 3 days in a row and it’s just “someone is working on it” It’s almost like they have no time for outside dr appointments. Don’t go here

I had a similar experience. I called ONS after blowing out both knees skiing. They asked me to have my doctor fax the prescription over which he did. I followed up with a call and they said since it was both knees, they needed two separate prescriptions. I asked if she could call and get that. She refused and said they ‘usually’ don’t do this. I told her I was driving and could she call. In a huff she said she would. I called my doctor again later to see if they’d called and they hadn’t. I called ONS again and got the same p... read more
