It's usually a positive sign when the truck arrives in front of the house before the scheduled time. Before entering, the technicians covered their feet, and they worked nonstop for two hours cleaning every surface of our air ducts. When they left, there was not a single trace of dirt in their work area. They showed us before and after images. I would choose the 20 star option if it was available. They performed admirably.
