Absolutely can't say enough at how brilliant On Point NZ Wanaka branch was! Phoned on Tuesday (cracked windscreen), booked in Thursday, they picked up and dropped back my truck to my work. Best service ever. Highly recommend
10/10 service - Caleb, Pania and the entire OnPoint Cromwell team were outstanding to deal with - they helped us with a full office glass partitioning, and were communicative, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to install a fantastic fitout. We will 100% use OnPoint again for any glass requirements!
They replaced my motorhome windscreen but scratched the paintwork below it. They said they would organize a car painter to fix it but haven't heard back from them in 2 weeks. They accepted responsibility for the scratch. Wouldn't use again for that reason.
