Overall experience wasn't too bad but I noticed a bad practice that has become common at veterinary clinics. The vet techs/vets will add extra weight to your pets records so that they can upsell you preventatives or meds for a bigger sized dog, costing owners more money. A vet tech and I both held my dog as they tried to weigh him. Him alone without us touching him on the scale was 10.01 kilograms, with his harness on. Exceptional care from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctor. Simply put, the best care one could ask for. 10/10. The wait was a little long, but was busy and expected.

This animal hospital is highly recommended. They diagnosed my Logan with heart failure and a few weeks later he ended up peacefully passing on my lap while on our way to put him down. OP received our dog, offered various options, and arraigned the pick for the cremation. 2 weeks after his passing, I received a condolence card.
