Dr. Ogawa and the nurses at OnPoint Veterinary Urgent Care - Ocala, FL are absolutely amazing! We spent the whole weekend thinking moose was going to pass. They close at 10 and stayed until midnight with me and moose Friday night, and they didn't think she was gonna make it to Saturday. But they texted me to check in Saturday morning, and we went in for a follow up to be safe and they didn't charge us for that. Very professional, There was no waiting time. Ask us how much we could afford before doing any test. And made a treatment plan for that price. They Was very compassionate towards my cat. All the staff were great as well. The front desk and the nurse and doctor. Really show compassion and kindness to my cat. Got her right in no waiting time. And 9pm on a Friday night. Very impressed.
