The lady in the reception is super rude and arrogant
Recently I moved from Winnipeg to Winkler and trying to lease a apartment or some kind of house, On point guys don't respond at all ,I apply multiple times on their website for renting as well I also visited their office but they always your applications in wating list it's been from last 2 months I'm trying and not only same with my buddy, especially the girl in their office at front desk, really unprofessional, what else I can say it's totally Bullshit😡
Was looking at getting them to manage a property of mine as it seemed landlords had good things to say about them but found service to be extremely lacking. Took them two and a half weeks to even talk to me after also sending follow ups. When I asked very basic questions they were not answered and they were only concerned with setting up a time to sign a contract. I went to Morden Realty to manage my property and have gotten much better responses and service so far.
If there will be -1000 stars ⭐ this would be my review. Bullying and very restrictive , no flexibility. The unit was far from clean and we had to cleanup after their cleaning. They were fighting for a $35 bill from servicing the garage door although it was no requested nor my fault. The sensors were misaligned. They sold my garage without announcing that it is for sale. I was just informed that the garage was sold. The blinds did not work and they replaced them after two months. They entered into my unit w/o telling for 6 mt... read more
