As long-term renters (6 years), we very rarely asked for things from OnPoint, fully knowing they will do the bare minimum. We had a light fixture we requested to switch to a fan, because the air conditioning provided does not reach further than the living room. Ignored. Flooring peeling, asked to be changed. Again, ignored. Renovated the outside of the building, and left the front entrance of my apartment, unfinished for 3 years. The company invades your privacy, every 6 months. Would give zero stars if I could. Speaking on behalf of my sister whom they scammed. Stole the whole damage deposit for seeing small nail holes made to hang pictures, when asked to fix them onpoint said no we need professionals to patch 3 holes which btw were allowed by onpoint to begin with. Stay away from dishonest companies like this.
As owner, if you care about your asset ,don't use these people.
