I really appreciate onpoint property management they are fixing problem on time always
I would not recommend renting from this company especially at the new build apartments at 1075 park st. Winkler. We had multiple issues during our stay, and management was not helpful at all. There was a strong smell of spices in the hallway that constantly came into our apartment. We complained about it many times, but nothing was ever done to fix the problem. We also had a problem with cockroaches(they came from neighbours). They came once to place traps, but after that nobody returned to check them or follow up with us. T... read more
Great people to deal with
I would recommend looking elsewhere to rent properties. They are very slow or simply never repair things that break and never mind the snow removal or yard care that is included, it’s hardly even worth saying that it is included
