I would not recommend renting from this company especially at the new build apartments at 1075 park st. Winkler. We had multiple issues during our stay, and management was not helpful at all. There was a strong smell of spices in the hallway that constantly came into our apartment. We complained about it many times, but nothing was ever done to fix the problem. I would recommend looking elsewhere to rent properties. They are very slow or simply never repair things that break and never mind the snow removal or yard care that is included, it’s hardly even worth saying that it is included

I have been renting from Onpoint Property for the past 11 months, and I am extremely disappointed with how a recurring maintenance issue has been handled. There’s is an ongoing problem where water enters my apartment through the wall into my bedroom. The carpet becomes completely soaked. This has now happened three times . I work from home, and all of my equipment is in that room.
