Disaster ever since on point took over from east hills pharmacy. Nothing is ever in stock, “it has to be ordered.” But then they don’t order it! Zero communication about it either. One time they told me they can’t get any of a certain medication for a few weeks. I asked if there was a shortage? They said, nope, it’s just them! I finally told them I’m switching everything to CVS. Two days later, someone else’s Rx was delivered to my house. They charged it to my credit card! Another woman with the same last name. Still great service
Just no. Pre Onpoint, this place was amazing. Since they took over, it’s getting consistently worse, especially over the past year. It’s a headache each time I get a prescription, which is not often. They never seem to have what I need in stock, which is fine. When they do get it, they don’t notify me. I have to keep calling to check on it. On Tuesday I stopped in, it was a big tube so they said they would order me a smaller tube, and to give them 1 day… I called on Friday, since they never contacted me.
