I hate Hate HATE CVS and prefer to support mom and pop/independent pharmacies whenever possible. Imagine my utter disappointment when I had a prescription sent over and asked the pharmacist if they had it in stock. He said probably not, you can just have it sent over to CVS. The previous independent pharmacy I used would always be able to order an item they didn’t have to arrive the same evening if the order was put in by cutoff time or the following business day at the latest.
My mom’s eye drops ran out, so I called the pharmacy for a refill as prescribed by her doctor. They told me it would be delivered last Thursday. I waited the whole day, but nothing arrived. I called again the next day, and they said it would be delivered on Monday. Still, no medication was delivered. This has caused unnecessary stress and delay in my mom’s treatment. I’m very disappointed with their service.
