My mom’s eye drops ran out, so I called the pharmacy for a refill as prescribed by her doctor. They told me it would be delivered last Thursday. I waited the whole day, but nothing arrived. I called again the next day, and they said it would be delivered on Monday. Still, no medication was delivered. This has caused unnecessary stress and delay in my mom’s treatment. I’m very disappointed with their service.
