Never again buying medicine in this pharmacy
I went to buy household items, staff are very helpful and friendly, the space is huge and have everything I needed👍🏼
My whole family have been clients for over 50 years. RAINDEW Pharmacy was great. Never an issue with supply. Since ONPOINT took over, it is the worst. Friendly staff, but the pharmacist is quick to blame the main office for not having meds in stock and w/o warning can take WEEKS to get in. The pharmacist does not honor agreements to use discounts and tries to get you to go to another pharmacy with the excuse they still do not have your medication. I'm a person who doesn't really write reviews.but I'm writing because I'm really disappointed today..it's been over 10 years since I started using this pharmacy in Raindew locate 35 15 Francis Lewis blvd..The pharmacy cashier was very rude today!!! My English pronunciation may not have been good but it's not bad.. first time feeling like she dosent like Asian.. maybe she shouldn't work there if that's the case!!
This place is the WORST! I ordered my asthma medication with them and they tell me that they only can order Ventolin once a week on Wednesday. So I told them to please place my order. Now its 3 weeks later and i still have not gotten my medication, I called them up and they tell me, it will be on the next order. This place SUCKS! you will die waiting for your medication! DO NOT GO HERE! They lost me today as a Client. And I pay them cash!
