The walls are too thin and the neighbors have no respect. Management is fake and will violate your privacy to other tenants. I have proof of it. Don’t move here unless you can handle being stressed out.
I have had a great experience here at the Apple Valley apartments in Pauls Valley thats why im going to leave a long in-depth review. I had a one year lease from May 2020 - May 2021. As far as the management goes, I have had NO issues. They are very responsive, my landlord worked with me a lot, super easy living here. A cop lived next door, everybody here was working class, no issues with any crime, or suspicious stuff going on. - The place must have just been built a couple years ago because it doesnt even show up on Google... read more
