Staff is always friendly and helpful. I really like that the bank stays open till 6:00 Monday through Friday.
I usually do not take the time to write reviews however my experience here was so disingenuous and disrespectful I feel the need to. On 7/6/25 I made a payment with cash in person for a credit card. After checking my acct the following day I observed that the payment was neither pending or posted as it had been the last several times. After 25 minutes on hold I was able to reach the front desk. Went into the Onpoint in Fred Meyers on 11/24/2023. Literally the worst experience at a Onpoint. I’ve been banking here the the last 2 decades and never any issues. Arrived at this location with only one customer in line and waited roughly 5 mins without even being acknowledged. I went to go get groceries instead of waiting. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Came back to NO one in line. The young teller was on her cell phone. Once again, NO acknowledgment. NO, “I’ll be right with you”. NO eye contact. I tried to have a form nortarized by Laura and she wasted twenty five minutes try to figure out if she was allowed to notarize a form for a forty year member! Then said no so I missed my FedEx deadline.
