First time visiting and joining the bank today. Damien was able to help me open my own accounts as well as an account for my son. Providing me with thorough knowledge and assistance. This is the best customer service I have seen in literal years. Happy to help and had all the answers as well as information about the credit union ready to go. Staff isn't trained with how to handle with clients in the Oregon IDA Initiatives program. It doesn't happen frequently but there is bare to none empathy when it comes to talking to clients. All staff are robotic. I travelled to have an Emergency withdrawal from my account, I was told because the form didn't have the correct phone number or signature it cannot be approved. Yes, the provider should have double checked. I was even on the phone with my provider that was willing to discuss and approve over the phone. However, th... read more
