Worst bank ever!!! What kind of bank makes clients waste their time with phone calls to the long wait call centers JUST to pay off their loan!? It’s 2025!!!!!!!!!!! Clients shouldn’t have any issues paying off a damn bill online! I’ve never had another bank give me an error & force me to call when simply TRYING TO PAY MY BILL! You should be refinancing your auto at a credit union. I just saved 500 per month off my payments doing this. It is harder to get a loan originally on a vehicle. However, refinancing is easy.
Been with this bank for 4 years now and never see myself leaving! The community is great and service is timely. They are very fast with replacing cards when they get hacked or stolen.
