On Point has services and interest-earning accounts that far outweigh any bank I have been involved with. Their customer service is excellent.
Repeated attempts to call the brank I bank at all ened up at the call center. I have been waiting for a call back for nearly 30 minutes already.
Extremely poor service I stopped in here last week after shopping and a young lady told me I could bring in a dollar bill that was torn and they would replace it if there was enough of the dollar remaining even if I didn't have an account with them. This week there were two really poor employees. First a boy child who said he would be happy to replace the dollar, he worded it as; if you're opening an account here then I think that's more than 50% of the bill. are you getting these people from Wells Fargo trying to force peop... read more
